We offer a 4-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase within 4 days from the date of delivery, you can return it for an exchange. We want you to have the confidence that your MELLON WAVE clothing is the perfect fit for you.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
We're committed to your satisfaction. If there are size issues within 4 days of delivery, we can help with exchanges.
- Exchange depends on availability. If your size isn't available, you can get store credit or choose another item, valid for 50 days.
- You can only exchange once per order. Feel free to contact us if you need assistance.
- Enjoy our exchange process completely FREE of charge! No hidden fees, just straightforward service for your peace of mind.
- Exchanged items will be sent once we receive the return, usually within 5-6 days.
- After delivery, returns or refunds aren't possible. We can only offer exchanges or store credits, deducting ₹150 for handling.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact our customer support team at support@mellonwave.com or drop us a text on WhatsApp at 8826798068 within 4 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for exchange, and any relevant photos if applicable.
3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process, including providing you with a return authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions.
